Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
- Local Delivery with 1 business day
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
International Shipping We currently are not accepting International orders. We will keep you updated.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at kimchicornbr3ad@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All local deliveries must have a cold storage option available at drop-off to prevent spoilage if not present for face-to-face contact.
